What is the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP)

The British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program – also referred to as the BC PNP – is a program for immigration operated by the province of British Columbia in Canada, in collaboration with the Government of Canada. This system enables the province to nominate individuals for permanent residence within Canada based on economic and employment market needs. Factors considered in application include eligible professional designation, education credential assessment, among others.

BC PNP registration is divided into two main streams: skills immigration (targets skilled workers, healthcare professionals, and some entry-level professional) and entrepreneur immigration (targets business people and business owners).

Skills Immigration Registration System

The Skilled Immigration Registration System (SIRS) is a system that allows the province to both rank and select candidates to permanently settle and live in British Columbia, Canada.
