Chris Brown (RCIC, Director)

With extensive experience in both business and immigration law, Chris helps individuals, families, and businesses successfully navigate the Canadian Immigration landscape. Bringing over 20 years of experience to his role, Chris works to ensure success on every client interaction. Chris holds undergraduate degrees from the University of Victoria and the University of British Columbia. An advocate for newcomers to Canada, Chris’ expertise in the field of Canadian Immigration has been recognized by many private and public organizations, including the regulatory body CICC, where he is actively engaged as a mentor to new RCICs.

In addition to his work, Chris enjoys hiking the trails and mountains of Vancouver Island with his beloved spouse Veronica, and spending time with his three sons, Tyler, Alex and Jacob.

Anne Lui – (Case Analyst)

After having a successful career as a senior marketing head for both multinational banks and publicly traded asset management firms in Hong Kong for more than a decade, Anne made one of her biggest decisions in life to move to Canada with her family.

Through her firsthand experience as an immigrant, Anne understands very well the challenges and concerns of families that are planning or going through their immigration process. Rather than returning to the financial industry, Anne has embarked on a purposeful second career as an immigration consultant, with an aim to provide expert guidance to prospective immigrants, empowering them to make well-informed decisions. Her commitment to staying engaged with and supporting the immigrant community is her means of contributing to Canada which offered her a new chapter in her life.

As a seasoned client servicing professional who have represented individual investors to Fortune 500 companies in her former career, Anne is a fluent communicator in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. While working as Immigration Case Analyst at Tudor House Immigration Services, Anne is also a current student of Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law at the Queen’s University. Anne graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a Master of Science degree in Finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration.

Anne also held a diploma of performance in piano, when she is not working in front of her computer, you will most likely find her playing the piano or coaching her son who is a budding cellist.

Phil Mooney (RCIC, Business Immigration Associate)

Phil Mooney is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) with over 22-years’ immigration industry experience, after having spent more than 30 years in the corporate world. He has worked successfully on all types of business immigration cases over the years and currently acts as co-counsel to dozens of Authorized Representatives, helping them qualify candidates, select the best Program for their clients and helps them deal with government departments on their clients’ behalf.

In his career, he participated in the development of the initial Professional Skills Exam for consultants, attended meetings as a Subject Matter Expert, was a member of the Canadian Border Services Advisory Committee (CBSAC), and regularly met with senior government officials to discuss immigration issues. He was also the first CEO of the regulatory body (ICCRC) after being instrumental in preparing the successful bid to replace CSIC.

Phil is a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC)— the largest group of consultants dedicated to educating immigration consultants and lobbying Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) on issues of concern to both immigrants and consultants. He served as CAPIC president for over three years, speaks regularly to graduating students of immigration practitioner programs, and presents briefs before parliamentary committees on issues of concern.

Phil lives in Burlington, Ontario, Canada with his wife, and is the proud father of two sons and grandfather of five. He is the son and husband of immigrants, and as a former corporate executive, has traveled extensively around the world.

Beatriz Palma – (Social Media Manager)

Beatriz is a dedicated graphic designer with a keen interest in marketing and social media. Originally from Chile, she has called Canada home for over 5 years, eventually settling in Vancouver after exploring various provinces. With a deep passion for both travel and design, Beatriz brings experience, professionalism and a marketing perspective to her role in managing the Tudor House brand online presence. Beatriz also engages with prospective clients online through a variety of social media platforms.
