Major Update from IRCC about Spousal Sponsorships 💥

The processing time from inland applications (meaning applications made for spouses inside Canada) is now 28 months!

This is a significant increase from the usual 10 or so months that it used to take for these kinds of applications.

Our thoughts? Apply for outland sponsorship for now if you can to take advantage of the shorter wait time. Of course this is not legal advice, but just a general bird's eye view of the situation.

Testimonials

What is an RCIC?

Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants are professionally trained and qualified immigration practitioners who receive accreditation from the Canadian Government through an oversight body, the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).

This oversight body operates in similar fashion to a law society, regulating the Canadian immigration consulting profession and protecting the consumers of immigration services.

If you are considering immigration to Canada, having an RCIC on your side will help you safely navigate the complexities of the Canadian immigration system and achieve your long-term immigration goals.

Our Seals of Approval

Do I Need an Immigration Consultant to Immigrate to Canada?

To immigrate to Canada, you are not required to use the services of an immigration consultant. However, a consultant may facilitate the Canadian immigration process by guiding you through the Canadian immigration application, among other key documents and requirements.

In Canada, we treat everyone equally, and you can always apply on your own. All the forms you need to do so are available for free on the Government of Canada’s Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship website.

Do Immigration Consultants Need to be Certified?

Yes, anyone working in Canadian immigration services – giving advice on immigration matters or representing you in your application – needs to be authorized to do so. If you decide to work with an immigration consultant, be sure to verify their credentials first.

What are the Advantages of an Immigration Consultant?

An immigration consultant makes the entire process of immigrating to Canada much easier. Whether you are emigrating from abroad, are applying for permanent residency, or are trying to bring your loved ones to join you in Canada, the legal and documentation process can sometimes be complex. An expert specializing in Canada immigration services is an invaluable asset.

Having someone to help you understand all the details can be extremely helpful, especially with so much on the line. After all, if you make a mistake, your application can be rejected or significantly delayed.

Hiring someone who has extensive experience in the field will make your job easier, and will almost certainly increase your chances of a successful immigration process, whether it is for study, work, travel, business or personal reasons. Immigration consultants (oftentimes overlapping immigration lawyers) are here to help.

Who Is An Authorized Representative?

An authorized representative is an individual or organization who is licensed by the Canadian government to provide immigration advice and representation to clients. As a regulated immigration consultant with the Council of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants of Canada, (CICC), I am authorized to represent clients in their applications to the Government of Canada.

This call is an opportunity for us to understand your situation and assess your eligibility for various immigration programs. We may refer you to a full 1 Hour Online Consultation if your eligibility pathway is not clear.

Step 2 is the Engagement Proposal. If we believe we can help you, we will provide you with an Engagement Proposal. This document covers the services we will provide, the costs associated with those services, the timeline for your application, and any other relevant information.

Step 3 is the Retainer Agreement. If you choose to proceed with our services, we will send you a Retainer Agreement and begin working on your case. Do You Offer Payment Instalments?
